TRAINING SESSIONS.
There are many types of training that are used throughout a competitive season of sport. These include continuous training, fartlek training, long/medium/short interval training, weight training and resistance training.
The following sessions are written specifically for training during a competitive Macrocycle. They include a range of the above mentioned types of training. The 6 training programs all include the requirements of a competitive Macrocycle, in association to when they are performed during the 4 weeks. For example, the session written for the second week of the cycle, is of high intensity and low volume.
