Butt flicks to half way same back
High knees to half way same back

Drill 1
passing around triangle introduce second ball after a few minutes
Drill 2
4 cones set up in square using one ball to start with going clock wise passing to player whilst moving and catching and throwing without stepping. Introduce second ball and change ways.
Drill 3
Set up in triangle with three people outside shooting ring person at top has ball passes to attacker, attack has to pass to the other two outside triangle before taking shot while dodging defender. 3 goes each
Drill 4
3 Feeders 1 attack and defence 1 line
Drill 5
Three cones setup like a triangle, one feeder and one worker. Worker runs to cones while feeder throws ball to worker when they come to a cone
Finish with shooting game
Cool Down
Slow jogging lap around court
Lunges to half way and sumos back
Full strectch
