GOALS:
1. Improve court awareness.
2. Enhance ability to move around court.

Equipment:
Cones.
Session:
Warm-Up
One lap around court perimeter.
Lunges to first transverse line.
Stretches.
Work-Out
1. Quick feet exercise. Follow direction of arms given, forward, back, left, right and sprint. Used to enhance agility of athletes.
2. Shooting drill, set up cones getting further away from the hoop. Each person will take turns shooting at each cone. Aim is to be first to finish. Last two finish must run a suicide. Last to run the suicide will have ten push ups. Aim is to enhance being able to make shots under pressure.
3. Half court netball. Teams of 3-4. Six passes must be made before allowed to shoot. This aims to make players learn to move around the court and help out their team. Switch method up, only three passes max are allowed, will force individuals to make each pass count. Aims to make athletes move around the court to support each other as well as make distance and each pass count.
4. Game against opposite team in order to put sessions into practice.
Cool Down
Slow jog around court.

Slow walk to end of court.
